We’ve been very impressed by the very thorough inspection made by Ed. He has stripped, scanned, the house from bottom to the top to be sure nothing was going under his radar. And more than once, he went the extra mile. On top of that, Ed has not only answered all our questions, but he has also insisted to go through the main alerts with us in person. He has also reassured us, and proposed easy solutions when it was possible – so that we could focus on the most important parts to check with the sellers. 111 Home Inspections has a very clever way to share the inspection report, so that you can gather all your demands for the sellers very easily – and share with them what the inspector has discovered. As newbies, we felt very confident in his diagnostic, and in our purchase, and will definitely work with 111 Home Inspections again.
