My husband was able to walk the property with Bill to better understand the inspection report. We will use him in the future and we highly recommend him.

Bill was wonderful to work with! I have worked with many inspectors as a part of my job and in buying and selling two homes — Working with 121 PRO was by far the best experience I have had. Bill was communicative and it was evident that he was one of the most experienced inspectors, and he charged by the square footage to save his clients money. We hired him for a general home inspection and Radon testing. Our home purchase was a Quick Close, so Bill rearranged his schedule to accommodate our needs. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything we asked for during the inspection. His report was easy to read and clear with marked photos. He included an additional section of the report that had a summary of all recommended action items, for a quick reference. We had the inspection report back within 5 hours of his visit.

Bill did a thorough job of identify issues big and small so we knew exactly what we were getting with our new house. He spent a lot of time going over the inspection on the phone and answering all of our questions. He even proactively asked if we had any concerns to ensure he could address those. 10/10 would recommend!
