As a buyer, I needed an inspection completed for a house I wanted to purchase. Henry “Sonny” Toman performed my initial and re-inspection to ensure the work was done properly by the Seller. He did a fantastic job explaining everything to me no matter how big or small the questions were. Throughout the entire inspection, Sonny was very detailed, thorough and didn’t rush unnecessarily. His openness, professionalism and positive attitude made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I felt he had my best interests at heart as his client.

Sonny was the inspector for our first home, and we could not have asked for a better expert to show us the ropes as first-time buyers. Sonny walked us through the house to point out everything he noticed at the end of the inspection and sent a detailed report with photos and labels for level of importance. The work was extremely thorough for the cost. Sonny even offered to return to check out a space that was inaccessible during the inspection.

Sonny is awesome. A lot of people might look at so many 5 star reviews and think maybe they are inflated or they can’t be that good, but they really are. The inspection was very comprehensive and Sonny found visual things I missed. The report is detailed and easy to read. I would 100% recommend this company.

1st American Home Inspections did a fantastic thorough job with the inspection of a home I am buying. They were very thorough and professional. They pointed out good and bad. I have had inspections in the past by other companies that were not half as good and left me hanging later on. Not the case here. The actual report was put together well and easy to read.
