We will do this to the best of our abilities in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and our company’s Standards of Practice.

I leveraged their services for the inspection of a house I’ve just put an offer on and hope to close on soon! My Inspector (Chris) was early (not just on time!) and friendly. He went through the property very thoroughly taking pictures pulling on windows and notating all items to be improved, removed or replaced. Once he was done, he walked me through all of the issues he found and what the recommendation is for improvement. Inspections can be very nerve wracking – especially for a first time home buyer and to have someone as friendly as my inspector was refreshing and comforting to say the least. He even patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them because they make you feel like they really do care about what they are doing for what could be your new home. They even take great complimentary photos of each room. I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

My realtor recommended this company to me for a thorough inspection of a home I’m in the process of purchasing. I have never purchased a home before and I wasn’t too sure what to expect with the inspection process. As expected, of course, I had a lot of questions. My inspector, Chris, was not only punctual but extremely knowledgeable and kind when answering all of my questions. He went through the entire house, garage, and backyard taking dozens of pictures and making many notations of anything that could be improved upon or would need to be completely replaced. Chris proceeded to check every window, siding, fencing, fireplace, door hinge, sink, shower, tub, outlet, etc. No stone was left unturned. He provided me with information on everything he saw, as well as how big of an issue it would be if left untreated and how to go about getting it fixed. On my commute to the residence, I was so anxious to complete this Inspection. Not knowing what information whether good or bad I would be receiving, but Chris really made me feel at ease with the entire process. If anyone I know ever needs to have a Home Inspection completed, I will highly recommend this company as I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.
