Very professional and timely. I appreciated the time put into a quality inspection. I would definitely use again.
We were in the process of closing on a house in Ruskin and needed a more detailed specific inspection that was time sensitive. I was called back immediately; the work was done and a report sent within 48 hours. Besides the report we also had multiple phone conversations to clarify what was seen. This was for my satisfaction. After all of the work was completed, I received a phone call of another inspector in the area following up on my Angie’s List inquiry and told her that the work was already done!
