Explained everything as he went along, and his report was very precise and detailed. I would highly recommend him for you next home inspection,

first one after agreeing to repairs based on the thorough home inspection, the sellers reneged on deal; second time we withdrew from offer based on major repair & structure issues found thru the detailed home inspection; third time we were given a courtesy discount due to 3 in a month and when cory couldnt get access to attic he went back a 2nd time at no additional charge to insure the full inspection was completed – he explains his findings as he is inspecting and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and helpful – would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend to everyone – our son also used 3d for their home inspection – dont usually do reviews but this guy knows his stuff, looks out for the buyer and is just a really polite respectful person – thanks cory for all you do!

His communication before and after the inspection was excellent. He covered all the areas of concern and answered all our questions we had upon reading his report. His report is well laid out and easy to understand. I can’t speak highly enough about Cory and his inspection. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
