As a Realtor, I refer a lot of business to Home Inspectors. I’m confident that when I refer my clients to 4 Corners Home Inspections, they’re in good hands. Bill is extremely thorough and talks the customer through every detail that is uncovered. The inspection report that he provides is easy to read and includes pictures of any potential problems. He also takes the time to provide the future homeowner with maintenance advice that can save them time, money or hassle in the future. Having a home inspection done when purchasing a home pays for itself many times over in peace of mind alone. Call these guys before you buy!

Bill was absolutely amazing! He was very good at walking around and taking the time explain how and why everything works, as well as address any concerns you may have. He uses a great software and infrared light to get a detailed report. The best part: we had the inspection report in our email the same night. 10/10 recommend!
