I have no clue how Steve has a 4.9* rating. We do not appreciate coming home and finding that he completely disrespected our home by tracking mud and snow in all throughout the house. Our 3 year old son slipped and hit his head thanks to the fresh puddle on the floor. Thank God he didn’t make it to the puddle at the top of the stairs! Not to mention dirty hand prints all over our freshly painted attic access.
Steven was an awesome inspector! He was extremely thorough and took his time inside and outside the home. He also provided us with a great list in order of importance with great pictures and diy tips! I would 100% recommend him. He was honest and extremely helpful! Now we have a list we can refer to to check off our repairs as we complete them. 5 ⭐️ and highly recommend. Thank you so much for knowledge and helpful report you created for us! I highly recommend Steve Owens with 4Site inspections. As others have said, honest, timely, thorough, great reporting/summary process. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the Saginaw area.
