I am an experienced home inspector, contractor, and native of New Jersey. I have spent many decades gaining experience specific to what I do for my clients – Providing high quality home inspections.

I have been inspecting, building, and repairing homes for over 20 years now. I often see issues on a home inspection and, without a second thought, know exactly what needs to be done – because most of the time I have repaired that exact type of issue with my own two hands. This type of experience can’t be learned in a book, can’t be rushed, and takes a lot of dedication and hard work.

This is the third time we have used Mr. Vitale within the last 6 months and each time he makes you feel as though you are his one and only client. Unlike others who go through the motions, Joe takes the time to explain things, provide suggestions and answers all of my questions with genuine attention, even the dumb ones! He is thorough and has pointed out things on prior inspections that were proven true and saved us thousands of dollars. He is timely and gives great value for your dollar. I recommend him, because my son, wife and I have used him and would continue to seek his services on any next property we may consider.

I would recommend A-1 Home Inspections to anyone. Joe was on time for the inspection, thorough in his process and had the final inspection report typed and delivered to my inbox within 36 hours of finishing the inspection. From roof to foundation Joe did an outstanding job. A+

We were referred to A-1 by PuroClean, after a small leak developed under our sink. Joe inspected, assessed and explained his findings thoroughly. He was a patient professional and I would highly recommend him.
