A-1 House Inspectors

They were phenomenal. They work in a team of two, so they have two guys double checking everything. They walked me through everything and pointed out items of concern. They provided a very detailed report that was easy to follow and understand. They also made themselves available for follow up questions afterwards. It was a very good experience overall.

It was a really good experience. They came out and did the inspection and wrote up the report the same day. They were quick about it and the report seemed very detailed. They provided good friendly customer care.

RUN! Ralph came out to do a home inspection prior to purchase. He missed things that were clearly visible, things I have been told no decent inspector would miss, and he didn’t include in his report things I pointed out to him. I am now stuck with a house that is going to cost me a lot in repairs, things a home warranty does not cover. I ABSOLUTELY DO NO recommend you use him for your home inspection.
