The settlement deadline was approaching quickly and Bill was able to schedule the inspection within a few days of calling. His report was well organized, thorough and timely. He was easy to communicate with and we appreciated his professionalism.
He did a wonderful job pointing out everything I should know about the house I was purchasing. He took his time to walk me through. He was very thorough. We have had Bill do 2 inspections for us and we highly recommend him.
