Not respectful of other peoples property

Steve was on time, quite thorough, very knowledgeable, and happy to explain what I didn’t understand. He has decades of experience, which anyone should consider when comparing different home inspectors. Also just seemed like a nice guy, who knows what he’s doing. I definitely recommend A 2 Z Home Inspections.

With a eye for detail, and very thorough, he inspected a house I’m planning on purchasing. I live out of state so all our communications were by phone and email. I received a contract prior to the inspection. And a detailed report after. Steve’s fee is reasonable and he was friendly and courteous to the current owners.
