It went well. I just wish he explained what he was doing while he was doing it rather than at the end.

I called them about doing a home inspection they weren’t my first choice but my realtor dealt with them before and it was good. The guy that i had told me and the realtor that he would be finish at 11:45 or 12:00 because the house was smaller but he didn’t finish until almost 2 which was a issue. Secondly he had somethings on the report wrong and said that he would go back and change it and he didn’t. The price i guess was reasonable but when you have a schedule any you go over by a hour or 2 that’s an issue because it cause my realtor and me to be late for appointments. So i wouldn’t recommend them do to the 2 problems that i ranned into.

This was the worst home inspection ever. I wanted to write this sooner but my mental state was so fragile due to the stress that Brenden caused me plus the financial stress that he imposed. I felt like he was in contact with my home buyer and they found things wrong that were not. Brenden was not familiar with the appliances in my home, caused damage to my roof. Do not use him

Josh was really nice and helped me understand EVERYTHING that I asked about. Made this whole experience very easy. I came in a bit anxious about the inspection but Josh walked me through the entire thing. Would definitively recommend. He went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and very personable. I had a home inspection for home purchase done.

James did an exceptional job with our buyer inspection. He arrived at the property before we did (ahead of schedule) and got started right away. He explained the entire inspection process and let us tag along and ask questions as he worked. The entire process lasted 5 hours. James did an extremely thorough job and addressed every issue with the house. When the inspection was finished, he went over the report with us and we had the opportunity to ask more questions and get recommendations. The resulting report is extremely thorough and well laid out. I feel confident making an informed decision on this home purchase with my inspection from A-Action Home Inspection. Thank you, James.

His work is super thorough and he is awesome with newbie home buyers who have a ton of questions. He explained every component of the inspection and then some. We were thrilled to have him do our second inspection as well. His kindness, honesty and thoroughness spoke volumes to my husband and I! 10/10 would recommend and ask for Brendan!
