There are many inspection services out there, but this is the one that finds all of the problems. Considering I would of been a new home owner and completely new to this area — I learned a lot. Paul Ferris did a great job with inspecting the property, as well as waiting for me to show me the home inspection report. He was also prompt in responding to my emails with questions I had!

We used A-Action for our new home inspection and the process was easy and efficient from start to finish! I had no trouble scheduling our inspection initially and after we had to reschedule due to the snowstorm they were extremely flexible. Our inspector was Gordon and he was awesome. Extremely thorough, super knowledgable and walked us through everything we needed to know about the home we were purchasing. He answered all of our questions and was very genuine and informative. It was a 3,450 sqft house with a pool built in ’97. They were available for a rush service in this market where I felt blessed to even have an option period. Everything was professional & with a friendly, warm touch. Gordon made my older couple feel informed & at ease at the end of his inspection by going over everything with them.
