If you are looking for an extremely detailed inspector with excellent attention to detail, you found the right inspector. Jim leaves nothing unchecked and I would not want anyone else for the job. Could not recommend him more for your future home inspection.

I found out about A B Home Inspections when someone who contracted to buy a property I was managing used the company. Thomas’s inspection report was so detailed that I decided then if I were in the market for a house I’d be calling him. A year later while looking at houses I remembered to find that file, find his name, and give him a call. It left a great impression on me, and after meeting with Thomas and going over the inspection report of the house I was looking at, I knew I’d made a great choice. Thomas is great at his job and was very thorough with his report. He went over the report with me and marked his biggest concerns with the property and suggested items for me to seek additional inspections on with specialists in those areas. Further, A B Home Inspections were very timely in getting me an appointment booked, which helps a lot in a market where houses are selling in under a week.
Great service, fast response. We needed radon testing with a short time frame. They were able to get out to the home and get the kit set up and results back to us all within just a few days.

They perform a very detailed and thourough inspection with pictures and diagrams to support their findings.
