A Basic Home Home Inspection is a Tucson based home inspection company servicing Southern Arizona since 2003. Currently there are two inspectors Jamie and Collin Chmielowiec with plans to expand. These two ASHI certified inspectors bring multiple years of experience and expertise in all aspects of home inspection with an excellent reputation for being client focused and attention to detail. They uphold the Arizona State Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and will be honored to be of service to you in a timely manner. A Basic Home Inspection’s mission is to provide the buyer with a better understanding of the condition of the residence and deliver a high level, easy to read, full narrative, same day inspection report.

I was amazed how detailed Jamie was inspecting the house I was interested in buying. After the inspection he showed me pictures and explained the issues he had regarding the home. Jamie was very professional and has a wonderful sense of humor. Highly recommended!
