I am a real estate agent, and this was my first time working with them. Very professional, on time, very knowledgeable and patient, Doug took the time to wait for my clients to explain and point out things on the report.
He was here early which was a great thing and the inspection when pretty smoothly started from the outside then kitchen and then the rooms and so on. It was definitely through enough without moving anything out of place and the report was simple enough to breakdown what type of maintenance and repairs that needed to be done to the unit. Would recommend this company to do inspection.
