ABL was hired by my realtor for a home inspection. Below are a list of items that I had issues with with the first week of living in the house. – Roof leak in 3 separate locations. I hired a roofing contractor and he notice the problems at first glance. – AC Unit does not turn on. Inspection report did not state any issue with AC unit.
