From the very 1st phone call and even before my appointment was scheduled, Mary was very informative and friendly. She provided answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask. At the inspection both she and Larry explained things that we needed to be aware of both with the home and the area itself. They were very knowledgeable and their dedication to the buyer is evident. While they may not be the least expensive, their cost is very comparable to other quotes I received. The difference is seen in the attention to detail and customer care they provide and is well worth the price.
They helped coach us on what to look for when considering buying a property plus they thoroughly vetted the inside and outside of the home to make sure it will be safe for our family. highly recommend!
