As far as im concerned, chris saved my financial career based on the thoroughness of his home inspections. If there is a problem with the home he will find it and take the time to explain the consequences to you. I will never use anyone else.
His report was sent to us in a timely manner. However, he did not mention that our roof was installed incorrectly. When we had an issue, several other roofers and an inspector were surprised to hear that this was not brought to our attention during the home inspection. I did contact Chris who said inspectors are NOT required to report an improper installation of a roof. We went to settlement unaware of any issues, but ultimately needed to replace the roof due to improper installation. Be aware that an incorrectly installed roof will not be something he reports to you. We wish we were aware of this issue prior to settlement.
