This is my favorite company as a real-estate agent! They do their best to ensure that everything is done with excellence. I have never seen an inspection company spend more time checking for moisture, whether it is current or past, or if there are any vulnerabilities to future moisture and mold. This company goes above and beyond on all aspects of the inspection.

He did an excellent job. He fit us in kind of last minute and still did our inspection Monday morning even though the whole area got hit with a nasty winter storm. I spoke to him and let him know we could reschedule, however he insisted he could still make it there safe and complete it and he did! Will definitely use for our final inspection when the house is completed!!!! Please give them a call, you will not regret it! Great company!

There was no compromise, no detail missed their attention. They took almost 5 hours to not only perform a very thorough inspection but walk around and show us each and every of their observation.
