Jeff performed the most thorough Home inspection I have ever had (and I’ve moved alot ) The cost was very fair considering the work and detail that went into the inspection. A full 70 page explanation was delivered by email the following day with excellent photos
Delma got our inspection set up quickly. The day of the inspection Jeff was there working when we showed up and when we left. Our realtor said she had never heard of an inspector being at a home for over 2 hours. He was thorough and we didn’t have to wait days for our report. It was money well spent. We felt like Jeff was there to do a job and wasn’t beholden to the real estate agents, sellers or buyers (us). We ended up not buying the home he inspected and we are definitely going to use his services when we find another home to purchase.
