Jason was great and very thorough with his inspections, and was very informative about each little thing and even looked at things I would’ve never guessed would be his job, but everything went exceptionally well.

Very friendly and nice! Explained everything to where we understood what they were saying, included us, rested some of our nerves knowing our new home was doing okay!

My husband and I needed a reliable and reputable inspector to check out our home before we sealed the deal. Jason Barnett came out to perform the inspection. He was thorough with his inspection. He was very trustworthy and polite also. He did the inspection and got us a detailed report well within 12 hours of inspecting it. He let me know and showed me everything in the house that needed attention.

I got a quick price quote over the phone and at the same time scheduled my inspection! I arranged to have full inspection, termite, and radon tests all for under $500.00!! The day of I showed up 15 minutes early for my inspection and my inspector Steve was already out and about getting a jump on the day! He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, experienced and most importantly on MY side as he inspected my future home. He sat with me, my realtor, and the sellers agent to give a 20+ minute overview of his findings for that day before we left the inspection. As a first time homebuyer this extra info was invaluable to me in understanding what I was getting out of this house. The official report was in my inbox within 12 hours! It was the most detailed and educational report my realtor had ever seen. I’m floored with the professionalism of A-Pro home inspection team. I had them check out two properties. One of them was pretty far South near Paola. From the time I made the appointment, communication and information was quick and helpful. They were right on time every step of the way! During the inspection Steve was filling me in on every detail he checked. His knowledge was VERY insightful. Many of the other places I received quotes from required that I schedule additional services with other companies (sewer scope/termite inspection), but having that all done and scheduled through them was much easier and knowing they had quality companies they trusted gave me peace of mind. The inspection went quick and they explained every detail/item on the inspection and gave me more information on things I didn’t understand. So helpful! Thank you guys!
