Lance did the inspections for my last 2 buyers’. Both buyers were impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Lance is great at explaining everything going in to his report, his reports are clean and easy to read, and he doesn’t try to step on any toes. If a buyer asks if something should be negotiated, he just refers the buyers back to their agent. He was able to get both of my buyers’ inspections completed in a timely manner and he is incredibly friendly. I have been very impressed with Lance so far!
