Refereed to A-Pro by my realtor and they were able to quickly set up an inspection at a reasonable price. When we did the walk through they were amazing thorough and invested in explaining things in details. I will be referring them to anyone I know looking to purchase a house.
He is very professional and thorough, and took the time to talk me through all of his findings. One key point is that he does not upsell additional services. It would be easy for any inspector to sow fear and doubt and add tons of testing to jack up the bill. Afterall, you’re making a very large investment. Stefan just did not do this, which I really appreciated. I recommend him unconditionally, and you can know exactly what you’re getting when you hit the closing table!
They were fantastic. They went over everything, even the roof! They didn’t assume things were done well simply because the home was brand new. They found things I would have never even thought to look for. These guys know their stuff. As new homeowners, we were so grateful to the willingness to have patience and answer our (many) questions about the upkeep and maintenance of our new home. I will be recommending them to people I know and if in need of services in the future, I will use them again.
