Wayne J. Falcone started doing Home Inspections in 1976. He became a Certified member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in 1978. In 1992 he served as ASHI’s International President.

Thanks to Bill, our inspection was a breeze. Having previously owned a condo, I was unfamiliar with home inspections and feared something important would be missed or I wouldn’t understand what was going on. Bill was very patient with my husband and me. He took his time and explained everything to us as he did it. He encouraged us to take notes and told us about the solutions to the problems that were found. He also told us about general maintenance for the home and how to work a lot of the gadgets (like the gas fireplace) that weren’t in our former home. I didn’t need to research what questions to ask. He was clearly experienced with working with inexperienced home buyers! We completed the inspection feeling like we had an understanding of what was found and feeing confident in our next moves in the home buying process.

I used Bill Staniland to conduct a home inspection for the purchase of my first house. March 3, 2021 8:41 am

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to work with him. When I called to set up an appointment, he answered the phone right away and I was able to get my inspection scheduled with a short turn-around time. Not knowing much about houses, I was able to learn a lot from Bill during the inspection process. He encouraged me to ask questions and from his answers it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough throughout the inspection and left nothing out of the written report that we discussed in person. The report itself was very well organized and easy to follow. He was very professional and also had a good sense of humor. I would definitely hire him again and would advise anyone looking for a home inspector to give him a call.

He said he didn’t “have time to go look at a vacant property in Homewood” ???????? The website claims customers will get “fast, friendly professional service LIES!! I was not impressed at all. I would not recommend for investors especially in so called urban neighborhoods like Homewood. So disappointing but hey the website sounds great!
