We have been serving all of Northwest Arkansas for nearly two decades. At one time we traveled into all four corners of the state and the adjoining states. Now we seldom and travel outside of NW Arkansas due to the amount of work and number of clients we have locally. We do travel sometimes outside the area – but only for mold consultation, assessments and testing. We are not a large, impersonal franchise cranking out inspections. We inspect homes because we love doing it and enjoy helping clients see things they might miss on their own. We offer personal service and are familiar with the area.

You will find our home inspections reports are different. We have developed our own custom report that is unique and different and provides a lot of information that a typical cookie cutter report doesnot provide. Because of this, our reports tend to be longer and take more time on our part to pt together, both on site and back at the office. We believe that you will notice and appreciate the difference. Your report will include digital photos and thermal imaging pictures that document many of our observations. It will also include a summary page at the conclusion pointing out the items we, as the inspector consider most significant.

We recently bough an old modern house that had previously had some water intrusion issues. We hired Tom because he specializes in mold and air quality which is important to us. Tom was extremely thorough and detailed in his findings. We came away knowing what needed to be addressed and what was good. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend A to Z Inspections. Tom is amazing and probably the best House and Mold inspector in North West Arkansas. We recently bought a house and 4 months later we pulled the old wall paper off the bathroom walls and found mold. We hired Tom to come out and inspect and he was very professional and helpful. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and made recommendations. If you are buying a home or need a mold inspection, I would absolutely go with this company–the best!

A-Z Inspections will be the only inspecting company I use. I have used their services twice and am very pleased with the level of detail they provide. Cheryl is very quick to respond and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Tom is very professional and his attention to detail is much appreciated. He also takes time to explain and educate you on his findings. I’m very pleased with A-Z Inspection services.
