I have completed many hours of hands-on and classroom training to learn all I can about homes and how to perform inspections on many different types of buildings and materials.
The state of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance requires you to complete 90 hours of training at an accredited school which includes intensive classroom lectures as well as field work examining real homes and generating reports. The process also consists of 32 hours of commissioner approved continuing education must be completed each year.

Used AAA Complete Home Inspections twice and would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection including Radon and Termite tests.
