Since we are the first-time home buyer, Steve walks us through the entire home inspection, and pointed out all potential problems. He was also very patient to answer all the questions we asked. With his expertise, we walked away from the purchase of the home which has numerous structural issues.

Steve performed two home inspections for us and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire him. He is attentive, responsive, patient, and informative. AAA Home Inspection is truly the complete package. First, let’s talk about the inspection. Stephen showed up early and had already started his exterior inspection when I arrived. He was extremely thorough, providing us with a lengthy report detailing each item which he found to be deficient (Even if it was just a suggestion which may cause issues in the future). This gave us a great starting point to negotiate with the seller. As a first time home buyer, my wife and I asked a bunch of questions during the inspection which Stephen was happy to answer and even gave us some tips along the way.

She was my point of contact over the phone and she was very attentive and helpful. She scheduled a residential home inspection for me very quickly, and even made calls to try to give me an earlier appointment to meet my time frame. I placed a call and received an appointment for a home inspection quickly. The gentlemen that performed my home inspection were at our appointment ahead of time.
