We have worked with other inspection companies in the past. We had problems with other inspectors either A. Missing important details and problems, or B. Exaggerating minor issues. We have had Jack at AAD do inspections at two different properties. Both times we have received a thorough inspection that identified all the issues at our properties, without dramatizing them. I recommend Jack without reservation.
I’ve been through several home purchases over the years and AAD Inspection Corp completed the most extensive inspection report I’ve ever seen. I chose this company to inspect our new home after a family member who was selling their home had AAD inspect their home. The report and inspection was so thorough that they saved their number for when someone wanted a quality inspection when buying a home! We were able to meet Mike at our home following his inspection and he walked my husband through our biggest concerns and explained things well. We felt so very reassured and he exceeded our expectations! We loved when he stated that he would be back to check any work the sellers may fix to ensure it’s done properly!! We feel such peace moving forward!
It was so easy to make the appointment and coordinate with the team! Our inspector was Byron who did a thorough job, had great communication, and amazing attention to detail. We met with Byron toward the end of the inspection and he took great care to walk us through everything which was reflected (plus more details) in the written report. Great pictures showing all of the notes from the inspection. Very impressed and will definitely use again/would recommend to anyone! Worth the money. The report details large/critical areas for the inspection but also goes into small details which are just good to know. Things like scuffed doors, tiny bits of chipped paint, etc. which is great to have a second set of eyes on and acts as a good guide when first moving into the home. Byron also had great tips/recommendations of how to do small maintenance items. Truly above and beyond!
