Here is a small taste of AAI home inspections work. This is the dining room electrical that was wired with lamp cord under drop ceiling, they never looked under ceiling tiles. Here is a quick list of things they missed things and/or were wrong about: -Outdoor hose bib not functioning properly causing freezing. -Bathroom water lines ran through wall and are currently frozen -Kitchen Sink lines currently frozen -4 separate roof leaks some of which had existing water mark

Had an inspection done yesterday and was very pleased with with them. Highly recommend if looking for an inspector.
