Bob is very thorough, exhaustive, and methodological in inspecting the house, and always takes time to explain his findings. His inspection is not limited to what is readily visible, as most other inspectors do. For example, our great room has high ceiling with no attic, similar to a cathedral ceiling. In order to examine the space between the ceiling and the roof of that great room, he had to enter the attic of the other room, crawled in that attic to approach it, checked it out and took a good picture of it to show its conditions. Elsewhere, he uncovered delicate issues from our otherwise perfect looking house, such as an un-balanced ceiling fan, which can be hazardous. He left no stones unturned.

Bob was the sweetest! He was very polite and professional. Very very informative, him knowing this is my first time buying a home, he was explaining everything the whole time! He was very thorough knowing I was bringing my kids into this home I feel like he went above and beyond! They are responsible with price and he was early to our appointment! I would/will definitely recommend him to everyone needing an inspection!

Bob was friendly and helpful! As first time home buyers an inspection can be nerve racking, but he put us at ease. He was very thorough and made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend!
