My significant other contacted Aardvark to have some work done on our home. I agreed to go with them because I had been happy with their home inspection services. However, such was not the case with their mold and radon services. For starters, the technician arrived half an hour after the scheduled window in which he was to arrive. He did not apologize. It was requested we leave while the work was done, as we were having mold remediation in addition to a radon mitigation system installed, and we could return home after the work was complete.

He did his job and if he found something along the way he made sure to show me the issue and let me know if it was something that needed to be addressed immediately or if it was just something minor. He was very friendly and made the inspection a stress free part of the home buying process. I will recommend Aardvark to all my friends,family and co-workers in the future. I didn’t know what to expect going into the inspection for the home we are purchasing. With Lanon I found it to be a thorough and informative process. We arrived a couple hours into the inspection and he was working hard, moving from room to room. After he was finished with the inspection he went over every detail and spoke about the concerns he encountered. Both big and small. He went above and beyond to explain the issues in a clear way. Extremely happy!
