Aaron's Home Inspectors
Having a home inspection done prior to purchasing is a very intelligent investment. Knowledge is your greatest asset in making the right decision. Choosing the right inspector is very important. Aaron’s Home Inspections was established in 2007, the first year Maryland required all home inspectors to be licensed in order to be a home inspector. 30 hours of continuing education is required per year to maintain the license. I have previously worked in the HVAC industry for 13 1/2 years, during which time I also attended Rets Techincal Training Center in the evening for 2 1/2 years, becoming certified for type 2 & type 3 high-pressure systems through Ferris State University. I am certified in install, repairs, and service of HVAC systems since 1993. I worked for a brief period servicing & building pools in the greater Washington D.C. area before becoming an owner of 4 rental properties in the Baltimore area. I managed & participated in complete renovations of 2 of these properties in which 1 was featured on HGTV. All of my prior experiences made me uniquely qualified to be a home inspector.
My apologies for not writing a performance review after services were performed but Aaron was OUTSTANDING!! Performed tasks on time and in a professional manner. Even returned phone calls “after” the service was performed to ensure I understood everything. Would definitely use again if needed.
Aaron was prompt (actually got there early), professional and pleasant. We had an accepted contract on an investment property and he was checking it out to see what items would need addressing. I had also asked an electrician to go through the house the next day to give me a quote on what it would cost to bring the place up to code. The electrician did catch one item that was against code that Aaron had missed (the thermostat wire was run along with -inside- a duct vent) BUT the house was built in 1958 and he had a lot of ground to cover. The inspection took over three hours- he was thorough
Aaron was responsive, professional, and outstanding throughout the process. I hired him to inspect a home I am currently renting before making an offer to the owners. Aaron was able to fit the inspection in within a few days of my first call. He arrived on time and was very thorough. The inspection took about 4 hrs, and he provided the detailed report with pictures later that same night. I’ve used at least 5 home inspectors in the past, and I would definitely use Aaron again.
Good service. Accommodating.
Aaron was very thoural, he found mold where we would never had looked, he took pictures of everything and found a list of 30 issues that needed to be addressed. If you ever need someone to do a in a inspection, he is very friendly and nice to work with, thank you Aaron ! Christine M.
He is a very thorough and detailed. He takes pictures of everything and takes his time going through the house. He is very knowledgeable. He made buying my house a breeze with the detailed report he typed up. He spent quiet a bit of time at the house which I greatly appreciated. He arrived on time and did not rush. He is very personable also. I highly recommend Aaron and will be hiring him again.
