Al showed up ahead of time and was already looking at the property when I arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and provided us with all the information we could need to make an informed decision. We learned a lot from him during the inspection, and my wife – who was extremely nervous about the whole inspection process – was elated at the amount of information Al gave us. Would I use his service in the future? Absolutely, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection.
Al was professional and thorough. He not only inspected our almost 200 year old antique home prior to our purchase, but he also explained in detail about the various systems and possible areas of concern. We would definitely recommend him without reservation to anybody looking to purchase a home in the Metrowest area, particularly anybody looking for an inspector who has expertise with older homes. In addition to providing extensive information during the inspection itself, we received a 30+ page written report that helped us negotiate the price of our home.
