Brad and Mary were great! They were very thorough in their inspection and found a number of items that needed to be addressed in the home we are buying. They even explained to me how to work things that I was unfamiliar with, gave suggestions on some of the minor repairs, etc. I feel they are extremely knowledgeable. 12/10. Highly recommended. My report is also in full color and very detailed. There is also a summary report that gets to the more important items. Quick turn around. Efficient team. You won’t be disappointed.
