Bill was very thorough and responsive throughout the entire inspection process. Highly detailed report was well thought out and presented in a timely manner.
At first the inspection they did on my house seemed very thorough and detailed. I was at the house for a portion of the inspection, listened to what they had to say, read the report, and we bought the house. Over the last 1.5 years we’ve been finding little and big problems that they overlooked and just plain didn’t check. To the point that the boiler was a potential bomb (a costly repair) and we’re now facing a large scale kitchen renovation because of a leak from a plastic tube that wasn’t up to code. We’re supposed to trust professionals to find the things we’re not trained to find, but I feel like Absolute really dropped the ball here
I have purchased properties in multiple states and previously had a poor opinion on inspectors due to my previous experiences. Bill and his team at Absolute totally changed that. Their team approach to inspections, experience, thoroughness, and attention to detail are second to none. Not only do they provide a detailed inspection report, they communicate through the entire process. The value that they provide for the price of their inspections easily pays for itself in a single deal. I have a hard time believing that you will find an inspector that offers more value than Bill and his team at Absolute.
