Dino recently did an inspection on a property my daughter is purchasing and we are really please with his work. My husband was at the inspection and he was impressed which isn’t his usual feelings on home inspectors. Dino took his time and really looked into things and explained them to my daughter. Dino was very professional. He promptly responded to our call and inspected our property soon after calling. He explained what he thought was questionable and made suggestions about how it could be remediated. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We highly suggest using his service.
He took the time to explain things to me as he inspected the house. He sent me a very detailed report within a timely manner (which included photos). He was very nice and professional. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the inspection as well as after the inspection. He was very responsive. As a new home owner, I was nervous about the inspection; however, he really made the process smooth and easy to digest. I would definitely recommend choosing Absolute Safeguard!
He was able to get us scheduled within two days off calling. During the inspection Dino made sure to walk me through each step and explained in real terms what he was looking for. It was a much more personalized experience than I expected.
