Larry came and did more than I could have hoped for, and was willing to explain the source of issues that he was finding. I’ve gotten quite a few reports before, but this was by far the best. They also were glad to speak about any questions I had in the days and weeks after the inspection (most companies forget your name the second after you pay them). I will definitely be using them again for every building I look at from here on out, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
He was very responsive from the first inquiry call I made. Larry’s inspection was very thorough and he has a wealth of knowledge for every single aspect of a home. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to inspect a home. I had questions after the inspection that he responded quickly to which I appreciate. Larry is honest and looks out for the best intention of a home buyer.
