You cannot go wrong with Michael! He shows up at the property early and gets the job done right. He’ll spend all the time that you need to answer your questions and walks you through the entire inspection process. And I do mean “entire”. This man is thorough! Plus, he sent a digital copy of the report back the next day. Prompt, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable. You couldn’t ask for anything more!

We knew the home we were about to purchase needed some fixing, so we needed someone detailed and knowledgeable to be sure we found it all and understood the scope of some of the issues. Michael and Accurate Inspections definitely fit that. The home had roof issues and some inoperable windows and a door. He not only explained the true depth of those issues, but found additional major items with the decks and foundation, poor workmanship, and techniques some use to cover up rot and other issues. He assessed items like retaining walls that were built with mistakes that would limit it’s expected life.

We used Mike of Accurate Inspections for two home inspections and were SO impressed with him and with the services he provided. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mike and his staff. Mike’s inspection of the home is meticulous and thorough. He brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience but – most importantly – he goes out of his way to take the time to make sure to explain everything to you in detail, and in a way that you can easily understand. Mike is direct, honest, and as an added bonus has an excellent sense of humor (which comes in handy during long and difficult inspections). You are getting an invaluable education from Mike regarding the house you are potentially about to purchase, as well as a clear understanding of what problems exist, their relative level of urgency and importance, and what needs to be done to remedy those problems. His report, like his inspection, is detailed, thorough and well organized (with ample pictures from the inspection itself) – and delivered incredibly quickly. Mike was recommended to us by close friends who had a similar excellent experience – and now we would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone considering the purchase of a home. The quality of Mike’s work is unquestionably worth the price. I highly recommend that if you are considering purchasing a home – you do not do so unless Mike has inspected it first!

This was my first experience. Michael Del Greco was phenomenal. Extremely thorough with very good advice and explanations of everything he was looking at and answering any questions I had. No surprise pricing or bs. After the inspection I was given a binder full of each area of the home as well as a complimentary tape measure! You really feel like your money is well spent. I did. Because of his insight and recommendations, I turned down the home. I will definitely be calling Accurate Inspections for the next home I look at.

I’m glad I found Accurate Inspections and it is great to see all the reviews and feedback he gets on his work. It made it easy to choose him as the inspector of the home we put an offer on. He was quite professional, early and patient with all our questions. His process and way of explaining things is top notch. He doesn’t care if he is taking up the time of the realtors or the Sellers while they are out of the home. He is there for you and we appreciated that a lot! We plan to use him again, because he found defects that the Sellers were not aware of and potentially big issues down the line. If he didn’t, we would have been stuck in a money pit. Glad we walked away from that property/deal. Money well spent.
