He was extremely thorough with his inspection report, detailing all known issues, big or small. He was easy to contact, and turned the report around in less than 10 hours. We will use him again for future home purchases and will recommend him.

He is highly professional, thorough and an excellent communicator. He took 3 hours to inspect the home we were in the process of buying and sent us a very detailed report including clear pictures showing areas of concern that should be addressed. The report was received the same day as the inspection which was appreciated since our window to purchase was very tight.

We had Acumen Home Inspections do our pre drywall inspection and Hassan found issues that if left unchecked would have caused thousands of dollars in expenses down the line while letting building mistakes and omissions remain. Given his background in structural engineering I’m not confident other home inspectors would have found some of the issues he found. I would recommend that if you have concerns with the framing for your new home you should hire Hassan to look at it as he will fret out mistakes or shortcuts the builders sub contractors try to make.
