He inspected the condo, which I bought as a main home, then 3 weeks after we moved in, there was a leak. Mind you I called him and told him and he asked me to email him so I did and attached the inspection papers he provided, replied back with “I will call you tomorrow”, he never called. Also, at the time of inspection when I started asking him questions, he tells me “we dont check for this” well it is an inspection, you have to check for pests and rodents. Anyway, I would not hire him again or recommend him to anyone.
Gus is one of the best home inspectors I have worked with. Thorough, knowledgeable, and provides practical advice to clients.
