Would not recommend Adam Gromko to do an appraisal based on my personal experience recently. Adams work is inaccurate and cuts corners resulting in a poor outcome.
Mr Gromko did my home appraisal was about $100,000 below what it should be according to Zillow and county taxes records, and local realtors
I have worked with Adam for years and requested his services as an inspector, FHA Home Appraiser, and for value checks. Adam is a consistent, fair, has integrity, very professional, and efficient.
