In 2004, a group of five individuals with an extensive background in real estate and insurance formed
Advanced Building Inspectors (ABI). The groups goal was to provide high quality home inspections at a reasonable price. Over time the organization grew and now ABI is one of the most respected names in the home and commercial inspection business in Massachusetts.
ABI provides services to a wide variety of clients including home buyers and home sellers, commercial property investors/owners/tenants, real estate agents and attorneys, employee relocation companies, banks and field service companies.

They showed up on time and were very descriptive. They did not have pictures in the report, but otherwise it was detailed and efficient. All the workers were prompt and professional since it was a Saturday.
We used this company because the owner works hand to hand with HUD on inspections and also loans. The only complaint is he was hard to pin down to get the paper work finished.
They did a good job, but I did not get the results of the report on time. I was trying to buy a home and wanted to review a copy of their report prior to signing a purchase and sell agreement. I did not receive a copy of the report in time for me to be able to be informed prior to signing the purchase and sell agreement.

The ABI team was awesome! They spread themselves throughout the house, each assigned to a specific floor. They were very thorough and took the time to explain all their findings so that we left with a full understanding. Our inspection report came on 2 business days. We HIGHLY recommend.
