I have used Mike McCarty from Advanced Home Inspection twice now for condo inspections, and I cannot stress enough how amazing he was both times. He is so thorough and takes his time to look at and review every square inch. He spent time walking me through the condos and explained everything he was checking for and what I should and should not be concerned about. The reports are just as thorough and detailed as his inspection itself. When buying a property it’s always tough to judge what’s behind the walls, but I am completely confident with my decisions I’ve made based on the inspections Mike has provided to me. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.
