The inspection process is known by many names: structural inspection, water intrusion inspection (to typically look for evidence of fluid intrusion or water leaks), a home consultation, a house inspection, a general home inspection, property inspection, new real estate inspection, new home inspection, pre-purchase inspection, new house inspection, construction inspection, and home building inspection just to name a few.
Whether your home is brand new, or 100-years old we will inspect it with the same critical eye. Many of our remarks on the inspection report are simply “For your information”. That is, even though something is structurally sound we will often make comments on aesthetics and minor flaws because you deserve to know.

This is the third time we ask Gordy for his services. Gordy responded quickly and was able to book our inspection within 48 hours. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the few issues he found in our soon to be house. Very nice gentleman, overall our experience was seamless!
I wouldn’t recommended the inspector Gordon Z. to inspect your properties in the future he is not a reliable professional inspector from our inspection.
Currently we are in the process of purchasing a home, so I had to hire someone fast for inspection. Gordy was very engaging and explained everything that we questioned. Additionally, the report that Gordy composed was extremely impactful. The report included photos which I was really happy to have. In fact, the report was so thorough, it gave us bargaining power with the purchase of our new home. Gordy is truly a master of his trade!
