The inspection was exceedingly thorough. All of our questions were answered during the inspection. The report has given us a useful blueprint for all aspects of future maintenance.

We are purchasing a house that was built in the 50’s. Michael McCray with Advanced Inspections, Inc. did a pre-purchase inspection of a home that we are in the process of purchasing. He also id a sewer scope inspection and a radon test in the basement. Mr. McCray was punctual, professional and pleasant. He did a very detailed inspection and he took the time to explain everything to my husband and I.
