On Dec 6th,.2018, i found Anthony Marmo P.E on google to do a structrual report in.efforts to save save my family’s investment property, which had been issued and approved emergrncy demolition work permit by HPD & DOB. we had no knowledge of the work order since we closed.on the building on 10/19/18. the permit was issued on 11/9/19. i didn’t know about it Dec 4th, we had been taking advice from our pevious architect from a chinese artchitect office. she had misguided us before the purchase of.the building, as well as after i addressed.to.her the.significance of the problem. Fortunately, whether she was too busy or she realized she was unable to save the building in 7 days,.she turned down my plea.to hire to her save the building from demolished by HPD, who had hired heir engineer and local contructors and had cut the gas,.electric and.water lines on the property.

Even though the location of where I needed an inspection done was out of their normal serviceable area, the gentlemen who answered the phone took over 5 minutes to point me in the right direction. It is rare that you find this level of genuineness and patience, especially since they knew I was not a viable paying customer. I really appreciated the assistance and I’m confident customers who use their service will have a positive experience.
