Alex did a great job of providing a very thorough inspection and in a very short time line. We were faced with a 12 day due diligence period imposed by a relocation company and he gave us the information we needed to determine if the investment was sound. I will recommend him to anyone in the area as the level of detail provided is far better than I’ve seen in previous inspection reports.
David was very through with the inspection and gave great advice. He brought numerous details to our attention that would have been otherwise been missed.
Alex Parr of AHI did a Buyer’s Inspection for me this week, and I was so pleased with his qualifications, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to communicate issues and possible solutions to me. He allowed me to follow his every move, ask any questions, and ultimately spent over 5 hours inspecting a house which is basically in almost new condition.
