Hands down the best home inspector servicing Las Vegas and surrounding areas! Professional, timely and friendly! Puts your clients at ease, reports are completed quickly and thoroughly! Tim and his team were extremely thorough, always on time, and is always professional. He has performed home inspections, re-inspections and is very organized and focused on inspecting the properties properly. Never rushing, always very easy to get ahold of. He is by far one of the best inspectors my client and I have worked with. I would highly recommend Tim and his team for all home inspections and re-inspections.

I have been using Tim Harsh & Akamai Home Inspections for quite some time and I am always impressed with them! The inspections are thorough, containing dozens of support photos. One feature we especially enjoy is that Tim’s inspections point-out the positive features of the new purchase to my real estate clients. Tim is patient and does a fantastic job of explaining the findings to my buyers, and if requested, returns to the property just before escrow closes to confirm the repairs were complete. I feel confident referring Tim to my clients, knowing that he’s going to do a fantastic job inspecting their new home. I am so happy to have found Tim and Akamai Home Inspections. What a gem!
